1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Vital Global Hub concerning your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our digital products and technical implementation packages.

2. Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns regarding payments and billing.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products and technical services, the following refund rules apply:

• Digital Goods: Given the immediate access to downloadable content, these are generally non-refundable once accessed.
• Technical Services: You may request a full refund if the technical implementation has not yet started. Once our team begins the work, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Chargebacks: We encourage you to contact our support before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vital Global Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. User Representations & Prohibited Activities

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Systematically retrieving data to create or compile a database without written permission.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted areas.
• Using automated means (bots) to scrape content.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service. We do not guarantee that implementation of our advice will make your site 100% immune to legal claims or cyber attacks.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Brazil. Courts of Uberaba, Minas Gerais shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
